By requesting a quote, submitting artwork, or paying an invoice with Sigma Graphics, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide creative production services including embroidery digitizing, artwork, logo cleanup, image editing, and related design work. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed per project quote.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are estimates until work is approved to proceed. Invoices are payable via our secure payment page or other methods we confirm in writing. Work may be held until payment clears when prepaid terms apply.

Revisions & Refunds

Reasonable revision rounds are included as described in your quote. Because creative files are custom digital deliverables, refunds after final files are delivered are limited to cases of non-delivery or material defect we cannot remedy. Contact sales@sigmagraphics.us within 7 days of delivery to report issues.

Client Files & Confidentiality

You confirm you have rights to materials you submit. We treat client artwork as confidential and do not reuse proprietary designs for other customers.
